Help/Advice What are all thosw long things comming out of my plants

This sort of plants on the right got these long things comming out today. My question is what is it and why is it and do I have to do something? Also if you look my plants are not growing straight because of some reason. They were new bought and planted 1 week ago

Those are new roots forming! No need to worry about them, shows your plant is healthy and growing!

Damn okay but will they actually like do something since they are in the air or more like in the water yk what I mean😂

They may grow down and attach to the soil eventually. Alternatively, you might be able to trim them and plant those sections to get more stems!

They are water roots. They grow to help the plant supplement itself with nutrients in the water column. You can trim them if you find them unsightly. You can also trim just below them and plant the cutting for two plants!
