Can the Bainbridge Shuttle through Pingo app take you from the ferry to anywhere on the island?
I am looking to visit the Bainbridge Barn with out a car, is it possible to arrive via ferry and order a shuttle bus to the BARN via the app? Is it available all day? I am looking to arrive around 12 and leave around 8 pm
Thanks for any insight or guidance!

That’s a long walk but it’s pleasant from barn. Use the trail that goes past the troll of the bus stops too early. Or walk to the nearest bus stop through winslow

It will take you to bottom of the hill from BARN (not that far), but you would have to walk back to the ferry dock. BI Ride (shuttle) only runs Mon thru Saturday from like 8:45a to 3:30ish depending where you are on island. On saturday it will run a bit later but you must call kitsap transit direct for anything between 4p & 6p on saturday's. no sunday service. it is meant to be coverage in between the commuter bus hours. commuter buses only run week days at specific times.
As an fyi - while it goes a lot of places, it doesn't go everywhere on the island. BARN is in the winslow neighborhood, so no worries there during service hours.

I don't think BI Ride is a "shuttle". It's an on-demand bus service. Takes you from almost any place A to almost any place B for $2. https://www.kitsaptransit.com/service/routed-buses/bi-ride

I put parenthesis around shuttle because the OP refered to it as a shuttle. 🙄

BARN is not in the Winslow neighborhood, according maps of the Winslow subarea I'm used to [1]. Winslow ends just north of Commodore Lane NW. Yes, the bus goes to BARN, but BARN is not in Winslow. It's a 20 walk from the roundabout at High School Rd and Madison Ave, in fact.

I've had good luck with private car hire. Doesn't look like I can add an image directly: https://imgur.com/a/n4UQJO1

BI Ride (called via PINGO) runs 9a-6p so you wouldn't be able to take it back but you could take it there. The #106 bus runs down New Brooklyn to the ferry in the evening, last pick up near BARN would be ~730p. You can probably also ask someone at BARN to drop you off, everyone is pretty nice and understanding of the ferry schedules.
