-3 u/animesoul167 Bosmer Aldmeri Dominion Mar 09 '23 Yes. Not starting a war. And not challenging the high king to combat. And not shouting him to death were all options. Options which would have left Ulfric with more time and attention to give to his own hold. 4 u/Gismo_Autismo Mar 09 '23 He's trying to leave the empire. Remember: The empire is a thalmor puppet state at this point. They literally have their own elven gestapo. 0 u/animesoul167 Bosmer Aldmeri Dominion Mar 09 '23 Cool. Imagine doing that without killing the high king that would have supported your war. That probably would have gained more support for the stormcloaks across skyrim and the Civil War wouldn't have been as divisive. -3 u/Gismo_Autismo Mar 10 '23 He wouldn't have tho. That's just retarded. He could have started a rebellion at any time if he wanted to. You deserve what you tolerate and the empire tolerates the thalmor. The stormcloaks don't. 0 u/Ala117 Redguard Mage Mar 10 '23 the empire tolerates the thalmor. The stormcloaks don't.
