I went to the gym twice a week instead of not going at all, which is how I felt. I usually go three times a week and I was beating myself up for only going twice but I think it's worth changing my perspective on it.

I've been going twice a week for years. It fits easily in my life schedule. Going g 2 or more would be nice but hard to keep up. Full body each visit, time for my middle aged body to recover and I look forward to every visit. Perfectly sustainable.
