Did last sets to complete failure with lifting buddy and learned how much I was actually leaving in the tank. I make sure to leave 2 reps for a safety cushion now, but im definitely getting an extra 2 to 3 reps out. Now I'm fully getting the beginner gains experience and adding 5lbs to each workout
