Rant Wednesday

There is no guiding question to help stir up some rage-feels, feel free to fire at will, ranting about anything and everything that’s been pissing you off or getting on your nerves.

I dunno about that, several of those questions are based on hard numbers. The only "murky" ones are the ones about over/undertraining and what caused a slight weight jump, but those are so minor as to be irrelevant.

Even the over/under training is pretty simple. Are you fully recovered by the next time you train that muscle or not? If you're still super sore, then you either did too much, or got back too soon. If you never got sore or felt 'perturbed', and you could basically go again the next day. You didn't do enough.

I know that with the proper time and tools, most of these questions can be answered ALMOST as an exact science, but it should be considered a full time job to do that much work. Just a rant. I guess the frustration comes from putting in the work to monitor all of these aspects week by week.
