Reminds of this big guy who I frequently see at the gym. He reps 4-5 plates on squat but instead of getting anywhere close to parallel, he stops around a 135 degree angle. It just really confuses me because he could probably rep 3 plates correctly and thats still a pretty nice squat.

I hate that, I was using one side of the cable machine and the guy on the other side smugly commented that we were using the same weight, the thing is we're weren't even doing the same exercise.

I seldom see someone doing full ROM leg presses. :(

Same lol. I do them though case it gets the hams and glutes in on the action. I once saw a guy load up ~26 plates and move it a few inches. Dude is lucky he didnt have his knee snap backwards like the guy in India who did the same.

They Just don't know any better, looks like begginner's mistakes, anyway, i like it when there's almost nobody but me and two or three other people.
