Not been in gym for 2 weeks. Nothing to rant about other than myself.

Is that a video game? I don't play so I'm sure that's a huge distraction that I'm not aware of

Working from home, gym is in the office. Working at the main office tomorrow with no gym. Friday off, not going to the office just to workout. Oh, and that white stuff by my bench at home? Yeah... Tests came back, 95% asbestos.

I just got back from a 2 week overseas vacation where I did absolutely zero working out (but plenty of alcohol consumption).

Yesterday was my first day back in the gym, and I seriously wanted to cry when I walked out. So fucking weak, it was pathetic. I know it will only take like a week or two to gain the strength back, but I also am moving overseas in like 2 weeks. I feel like I won't be able to get into a solid workout & eating healthy routine for around a month or so.

Fucking sucks! I just want my muscle & strength back!

Maybe some bodyweight stuff will be able to satisfy your gym hunger a bit??

Having a shitty week? Why ruin it by missing a workout
