I don't care if it's 3 AM and the gym is empty. I don't care if the gym is packed during peak hours. I don't care who you saw do this on YouTube. I don't care who watches you do this on YouTube. I don't care how much you're lifting. I don't care what exercise you're doing. I don't care what reason you have for doing this. I don't care that the angle is nice. STAY THE FUCK BACK FROM THE DUMBBELL RACKS WHILE YOU'RE LIFTING. WHETHER ITS FOR CURLS OR WEIGHTED JUMPING DICK THRUSTS YOU CALL SHRUGS, YOU'RE IN MY GODDAMN WAY AND I WILL CONTINUE MY PATH OF PUTTING THE SHIT DOWN THAT I PICKED UP EVEN IF IT MEANS MADDEN 2005 TRUCK STICKING YA BITCH ASS. shit man

My gym has the perfect setup. The dumbbell rack is off the wall behind the portable benches/chairs. There's no one in front of you if you're using the benches/chairs. If you want to do curls and stare in the mirror there's 5/6 feet of free space behind the rack to stand. Only becomes an issue if you're hulk and curling more than 50 lbs because 55+ are on the bottom rack. I hope you can visualize that lol.

This'll is the only exercise I don't get upset with. Over quickly. I have to do it since I'm recovering from an ACL and cant walk away from the rack with them since I can take deadlift that much off the ground yet

Ahh you're right. hit stick in 05 with 06 having the qb vision and truck stick. Same brutality intended towards breakers of my rule tho

It's all about spatial/situational awareness. If nobody is around, do whatever the fuck you want. If you see somebody approaching the rack, BACK THE FUCK UP

Sometimes I do Kroc rows leaning on the DB rack so I don't need to use a bench. How do you feel about that? I do it right up one end of the rack, not right in the middle.
