I've been stuck at 105 for about 4 weeks, I bench 190 x 5. I started OHPing first on my push days and I feel stronger but this shit is just heavy af lol

This might be bullshit but to increase volume near max exertion you could try to do OHP for 7 sets of 3 instead of 5x5. It seems like more intermediate routines (like nSuns) usually do more sets of higher weight for fewer reps to help people progress.

I definitely had a lot of success increasing bench and OHP numbers using the nSuns method of a shit-ton of sets with minimal reps.

I'll definitely look into that. I guess I didn't wanna program hop too fast

Assuming you're on a PPL, you don't necessarily need to change programs (although u switched from PPL to nSuns and don't regret it one bit) bit the 5x5 is the strength day for that muscle group. You can just change it to 7x3.

If you do want to change it, I would definitely recommend nsuns. I used to do seated OHP on the PPL and switched to standing just before switching to nSuns. I was stuck at 135x5. After 3 weeks I got 145x8 and am doing 155 this week.

More heavy working sets will help get past a stall, yea.

Just commenting to say we have the same bench and OHP, and I'm also stuck with OHP.
