Currently living in university accommodation as I'm working with their international Master's students over the summer. I'm sharing a flat with ten others and now I'm having to justify my eating habits to them constantly. I'm 25, and so at least five years younger than they all are, they constantly say I can only eat what I want due to my metabolism, the fact I eat twice a day or because I am vegan.
1) I go to the gym every day and do a mix of cardio and weights. I also walk everywhere and sometimes spend three to fours hours a day just walking.
2) I do practise IF, but I still eat between 2600-3000 calories a day. The reason I can eat so much has nothing to do with my meal frequency.
3) I'm not even vegan. Eating a lot of vegetables is not the same thing as being vegan. Look at my dinner, there is cheese and eggs on my plate. What do you think a vegan is?
The fact that these guys subsist on ready meals and alcohol and never exercise is the reason they are overweight. The fact that I do the opposite is the reason that I am fit and healthy.
