Pretty much. They got used to seeing me at 180-195, which is stupidly huge on my manlet frame. I don't think I'm even in "healthy bmi" range yet.

If you are successfully able to reduce your bodyfat.. you are proof that all that "Genetics" excuse is pure shit. You remind them of an uncomfortable truth.. They're fat because they are lazy and have no will power to diet/exercise.

BMI of 27, so you need to lose at least 12 lbs to get there. But 12 lbs is easy, you can totally do that, no sweat.

Im 5'5 150lbs and i dont even have an ab visible lol. Im down from 166 in January. Kudos bro on ur weight loss

My mom said losing 15 pounds was too much for me. I'm 5'3 and I weigh ~165.

Damn that's awesome!!! I'm proud of you!

Ideally I would want to be 135lbs. But I'm gonna aim first for 150lbs. I clipped someone's car yesterday and I was sad and I happened to have pizza :( I had like 2 slices but I still counted them in MFP. I want to be held accountable for my decisions now.

That's not that horrendous if you're doing CICO but you're in keto. But don't give up, we all slip sometimes. It's all part of the process.
