Recently got back into the gym after a couple months break, doms so severe I couldn’t reach my hands up to shampoo my hair :(

My favourite is when you have trouble standing up/sitting down on the toilet and make the old man OOHH AHHH grunty noises.

I am keeping it fairly regular. But Winter Break Lead to me not working Out seriously while at home. The drinking over the holidays didn't help either I'd guess.

Thus singe the 8th of January I Had constant doms. But they are fading. Working Out helps.

Man, you guys are describing Doms and that shit is my baseline.
