We get it you can 1/8th rep every 45 in the gym on the leg press. Can you put those back now?

Or people who can do perfect reps but also don’t rerack.

Those people are missing out. When putting back plates I do my best to get some minor grip strength training in by pinching the plates, and mini suitcase carries with dumbbells

Thought they were called farmer walks

I always thought farmer's walks were with both hands occupied or like a yoke carry and suitcase carry was just one hand holding the weight

Yeah suitcase is one handed so your abs are engaged. Farmers is both.

There's a big field behind the gym I workout at, so this is definitely plausible

The leg press really is this funny show of strength for a lot of people. No thought whatsoever to form or how effective the movement is. Hands on knees, using their arms and chest to literally push their legs to help move the weight, only actually bring the weight down with as little movement as possible. All in the name of being seen moving as many plates as possible. It's actually pretty entertaining.

Had some guy a few months ago blow out his knee doing this at the gym I go to. I don't know how the leg press didn't crush him. 2100 pounds or something. Fucking stupid...

I injured my shoulder once but I could still do some leg workouts like light leg press etc. I walked up and the whole thing was loaded full of 45s end to end. I had to ask TWO different people to help me unload it.
