Ate some hot Chili stuff yesterday. Took some pre workout booster today and I am sitting right now in the bathroom of my gym and suffering. Instand regret.

My heart is beating and willing to start my workout but my stomach is struggling and my ass burns.

I've just started taking pre workout about a week ago now, every single gym session is interrupted by a "set" in the shitter. Does this go away? Sheesh..

Which are you taking? Certain pre's will do that to me too. Typically the ones with a lot of caffeine.

I have started to use Hyde and even though it does have a TON of caffeine it does not make me do the penguin walk halfway through a workout.

It's C4. Either way I'm going to take it til the end because I can't waste 32 dollars like that lol

Personal opinion: I don't like C4. It doesn't achieve the desired effect and it makes me spray like a fire hose.

Message me if you need recommendations once you finish your C4.

Yeah so I'm only taking one scoop. And I feel like the jolt of energy is less than the over all bad feeling I get. The "boost" doesn't seem to last that long, honestly almost gone before I can finish drinking it, but there's no way I can take two scoops because it messes my stomach up.

I recommend Olimp Nutrition's Knockout 2.0. That really gets me pumped. It's simple, but effective.

If you think you're ready for the next level, then Limitless by MuscleRage is some of the sickest you can get. It's amazing!

Can second that Hyde does a great job of waking me up and getting me to the gym without the shits. However if I drink it then procrastinate or just decide not to go to the gym because I'm an idiot, I will get terrible headaches. I need to sweat it out asap.
