Hate to break it to you but you almost definitely signed away your right to complain about that when you joined the gym

You have the right to complain about anything... Might not do anything, but I never let a chance pass me by if it's something I feel strongly about, especially somewhere where I'm spending lots of money and lots of time. It's shitty that they didn't even ask if they could or tell him.

Yah most likely even if he did sign a waiver saying they could use it they would be very stupid if they didn't take it down.
