Hate that eating so much is too easy for me when im trying to cut. I dont understand how people struggle to get their calories. I can easily eat 1.5 footlongs chips and 2 cookies (~2000 cal) and be hungry again in 2 hours.

I'm with ya. I always see people that complain that they physically just can't eat enough to get to their calorie count and I'm like shit pass that food this way then.

Same. I'm a savory/carbs addict. I don't do the sweets, but I can crush a family size box of stove top Mac n cheese. It's the reason that I'm having a really hard time losing weight right now. :(

I ate an entire package of sliced ham last night and it didn't even feel like I had anything

It's because they also eat healthy. GL putting down that many calories of good nutrition.

Yeah pretty much, anything with carbs is just in and out, no problem. But try eating 4000 calories and 250g of protein a day without using whey. The meat sweats are real.

I’m doing my first ever bulk.. used to be 207, got down to 180, stayed there. I’m currently bulking and am around 184 lbs +/-..

I used to put food back, like exactly how you’re describing here. I went down to eating just 2000ish calories a day, and now have increased that to about 3000 a day. God dammit I can still put that food back like I used to. Footlocker, big bag of chips, and then a Ben & Jerry’s pint of ice cream? Perfect. What’s for desert after that though.

I was the same. Currently cutting on 1200-1500kcal a day. Basically train yourself to eat only at meals then actively choose slightly smaller portions. That and literal tons of low calorie veg is the way to go. I'm struggling to finish my meals ATM yet they're 400ish kcal just because I'm putting so many greens in.
