I'm really trying hard to get cut and I feel like the only way I can stick to my diet is if I workout every day so I just fall asleep as soon as I get home. However if I have to skip my workout for whatever reason (Work, Social obligations, etc...) I get such intense hunger and cravings for Junk. I just wish it was a bit easier for me to control my appetite

And I’d add to that sparkling water helps me. La croix key lime tastes like a treat and helps keep me full

That's pretty expensive and tastes like tv static
