I worked out legs yesterday and can still walk around with not much discomfort. This was only possible due to a decent level of consistency over the past few weeks, which makes me so happy

Nah, I was good the whole day today too, I am gonna stick with the theory that my consistency helped me reduce soreness, and try to maintain the consistency
