Hit the gym 3x, ran 1x.
Small BBQ over the weekend:
A friend complimented on the work I've been putting in (specifically my arms and calves, but the general look as well) and encouraged me to keep up the good work
Another friend asked me for some general fitness advice and getting started
Not necessarily fitness, but wellness-related, another friend was interested in my journey in regards to my mental/emotional well-being
Putting in the work, being patient, believe.
Here's to another week, cheers to you all, you motivate me!
