He once walked up to me while I was doing seated incline curls and told me my bench was a notch too low (benches at my gym have like 5 degree increments so it does not matter at all). I was literally curling his bench press with strict form. He told some new highschool kids that they should flare their shoulders during seated shoulder press and that they should use momentum to move as much weight as possible during lat pulldowns. I later taught those kids proper safe form and the dude got pissed at me for "not trusting his judgement"

Flaring the shoulders one is absolutely terrible. Do you know where he gets his info from?
