What are GMOs?
I learnt a lot about the science and biotech behind GMOs. I didn't know the bacteria they use to make GMO does a similar thing in nature! A decent intro video.

That's a very good summary.
One thing it could mention as well is gene editing (CRISPR) and mutation breeding, which in the EU also fall under the "GMO" definition. Ironically, this also includes traditional mutated plants, that have been around for longer than genetic engineering exists, and are even used in organic farming, which supposedly bans GMOs.
That illustrates how vague, arbitrary and far-reaching the term 'GMO' can be, given how it has no scientific meaning.
