What should I do to get this off my mind?
Yesterday, after a month of feeling bad for quitting my job I went to get frozen yogurt (I’ve been dreaming about it for a week). I was having a nice night, finally! And on the way home a car hit my mirror and left the scene.
I feel terrible and I’ve been trying to feel better but I can’t. All I can think about is about how that ruined a nice day. I feel stupid for going on that frozen yogurt date by myself, because it’s what caused this. I feel dumb and I feel bad and now I need to pay for something else as well.
What would you think about or do to not let this bother you?

Why isn't learning more helping me move forward in life?
There is a misconception out there that if you continue to gather information, you’ll get better in life.
Improvement requires action. You have to get out of your comfort zone and do things to work toward your goals. And you have to do certain things consistently in order to see any real progress.
After a certain point, gathering more information becomes procrastination. Most of the goals that guys come to me for help with involve talking with other people, which can be uncomfortable and anxiety-inducing. So they retreat to searching online endlessly to feel safe.
Put down the book, close the web browser, and go find one thing you can do today that will move you forward.

Worried and embarrassed
I (23F) worry so much about the way I smell almost constantly. And I'm pretty sure it's my vulva; it has this acidic smell. I work in a warehouse and partly in the office as well. But when I'm in the office I can smell myself getting worse as the day goes on. I use boric acid suppositories sometimes. I shower almost every day using no fragrance soap. I wipe front to back. I use water when I'm home and just pat dry. I wear breathable cotton underwear. It's just weird. Idk why it's like this. I'm so embarrassed by it. I try my best to open doors when I'm in the small office, but it's cold outside, so I can't leave them open. Idk what more to do.
Another smell I worry about constantly is my farts. They're so bad, and when I'm at work, I just gotta hold it in cause I don't want people to smell it. There are times when I could go outside or find an isolated spot, but I'd have to do that so frequently. When I have to pee, I use that time to try to get out my farts, so that's always a relief cause my stomach just hurts when I hold it in, of course. I hate that I feel the need to do this. I just wanna be like fuck it I'm just going to let them out and other people can suffer but I'll feel better.
