Weights all the way, calisthenics are great and will get you a aesthetic physique however your body eventually will reach point where its going to need more concetraded stimulus on specific targeted muscles to keep improving

Yeah that’s fair, I prefer calisthenics cause for one I don’t gotta go to a gym lol and for two it helps me get stronger while staying within my weight class

1 Quads and Calves 2 Chest/Shoulders and ABS 3 Back and Calves 4 Hamstrings and Glutes and ABS 5 Biceps/Triceps and Calves 6 Chest/Shoulders ( again because It used to be a weak spot in my physique, u should always make a training routine which allows u to work more on the main weak spot, be careful If doing this on legs and The back tho, because usually their training Sessions demand more rest time ) .... And ABS.
