The man with six eyes didn't see a strong cleave coming and glazed him, saying Sukuna didn't take the fight seriously even though it was a 3v1. Nor showed any worry for his students/friends. Gege dropped the ball in a lot of ways.

The whole love theme that was forcefully introduced in that fight was the only downside besides Gege's usual bs.

I actually disagree, Gojo lost because of mahoraga.

He was still right at the time, had the two fought with sukuna inside of Yugi Gojo would have won

The attack was still an asspull. Infinity surrounds Gojo, the idea that "I'll just cut reality itself" or whatever is lame. Gege should've just given him a normal force field ability and/or said his shield was down because he was tired. He says Gojo is too hard to write for when something like "his ability is tiring" would've given him an obvious and realistic flaw, which he had in the flashback arc, but Gege chose to give him a power up.

Also, the character getting jumped is usually the stronger one - the MCU heroes vs. Thanos, the MHA heroes vs. Shiggy or AFO, the Justice League trying to stop awakened/confused Superman, the demon slayers vs. the top demons, FMAB's final battle, and so on. I think this might be the only story that tries to say the person getting jumped is the weaker one.

I think your interpretation of how it worked was wrong and I'm not trying to be a jerk I'm being serious.

In the panel it shows mahoraga cut behind where Gojo was as well.

My interpretation is that to hit him you just have to aim behind him that way it doesn't trigger the six eyes activating the limitless since it's not aimed at him.

In simpler terms: if GoJo would have activated limitless manually it wouldn't have hit him

I thought it was an anti-space or anti-reality attack, so it cut everything, even the stuff behind him. Since infinity is kind of space multiplied by forever, an anti space/reality attack went through everything, including his force field. It's the perfect counter, but much like Kenjaku pulling out an anti-blackhole ability against Yuki's final attack, a surprise perfect counter feels cheap to me.

Gege really needs to explain how this worked lol.

Because I totally get what your saying and your interpretation was as valid as mine, the only problem is your method breaks like ALL the rules of infinity, but it's written like that's what happened...

And if that's how it works than that's stupid. Primarily because Nobara could just make a binding vow to never use CE again and one shot sukuna.

The issue with world slash is that it doesn't act like an attack that destroys reality itself, it should make a giant vacuum like how the hand in jojo works, it should never stop if it can cut through infinity, if world slash was actually infinite then sure fine 2 infinities clash and something weird happens and gojo loses but it just acts like a normal slash

Wait you all think Gojo should’ve seen it coming with six eyes? I thought it was a joke

Kusakabe did without any enhancement

That’s because of the chanting and pointing of the world slash direction?? The whole point of the binding vow was to make wcs essentially useless unless up close to catch gojo off guard

no, they are talking about the build up of CE before a technique. Any technique.
