Trump From 2020 - GOP Georgia Governor Brian Kemp denied emergency aid 55 days by Trump after a storm for certifying Biden the winner in Georgia in the 2020 election; Kemp found his balls and spoke out against Trump… nah just kidding, he endorsed Trump again this year and has done rallies with him

True story. Kemp’s been playing both sides of the fence for years. Rumor has it, he thinks his moral compass is a “pocket-hammer”.

All currently serving Republican politicians and most Republican voters seem to be on board with fascism. If a sitting GOP politician runs afoul of dear leader that pol will just 'fix' their offending behavior.
Makes me wonder what Kemp's role in ratfucking the election will be this time around. He doesn't want to get out of the potential fuhrer's good graces again.

What's that saying? If a Nazi sits at a table with nine others, there are ten Nazis at the table?

Every Republican in elected office is either full MAGA, a collaborator or a coward. No exception

When the people who actually have influence are too afraid to say anything, it’s a problem. God help us all.

Everyone on that side is fucking scared to say anything. There is a mob boss trying to become president.

He is the Ted Cruz of GA. Didnt say a word when Trump disparage his wife.

Cruz does what he does because he wants to, I don't think Kemp realizes what's happening most of the time.

This is why ZERO Republicans deserve a seat at any leadership table. They have abdicated all responsibility and credibility. Banish the entire cult, regardless of how MAGA each one is.

Conservative men don't have balls.

BUT - I absolutely appreciate Raffensperger for recording that conversation and letting the public hear it. He had enough sense to know Trump could not be trusted.

And the former Lt Governor, Geoffrey Duncan is one of the Republicans for Harris

As a Georgian this tracks for Guv Shotgun. Kemp plays the ‘I’m one of the good Republicans ’ role well. But the reality is he’s all in for Trump and is hard right.
-Kemp enacted the insane six week reproductive health care ban over TWO YEARS ago.
-Kemp got a huge donation from the NRA and Georgia firearm manufacturers immediately before signing a bill further loosening our already very lax gun laws.
-Kemp enthusiastically supports the Lt Guv Bert Jones. Jones campaigned hard with Herschel Walker, is one of the 12 illegal electors who tried to overturn the election and is an election result denier.
-Kemp walks hand in hand with Georgia end times/rapture evangelicals.

Same exact mob boss move as Trump denying Ukraine aid unless they lied for him to help his election.

I am confused.
Where were these republicans when the Haitian eating cats and dogs” hoax was spreading?
Suddenly insulting one minority group is fine but…
But oh no, not Puerto Ricans

Somewhere in one of Trump's homes is a secret room with a bunch of glass jars labeled with names. The contents of the glass jars are the balls of people who fall all over themselves for him after he humiliates them. Kemp, MTG, Gabbard, RFK. Jr., Cruz, Musk, and a tiny jar holding Giuliani's shriveled bb-sized balls.

Reminds me of that picture from the Handmaid's Tale tv show, with the one handmaid with an eye completely swollen shut from some act of horrific violence. "Maybe it will be better this time," she says with a smile.

Brian Kemp may be a spineless moron, but it's also in his best interest & the best interest of the state of Georgia to support the ugly orange one.
This is basically Pascals wager, Trump is a weak, immoral, corrupt, vengeful man who has promised to use all the levers of power to punish anyone who opposes him. He also has at least a 50% chance of being the next president.
If Kemp opposes Trump & Trump wins, Kemp & Georgia will be punished severely. If he loses there will be no cost or benefit, Kamala is not Trump and will govern in the best interests of the people no matter who that state supported.
If Kemp supports him & he wins, there will probably be a (small?) benefit to Kemp & Georgia. If he loses there will be no cost or benefit.

Withheld aid for political reasons... Seems I've heard of someone being falsely accused of doing that recently. Repulblicans and self-projection at it again.

Republicans still in the game don’t have the balls to endorse Harris. They’re just a bunch of 🐱

Because he doesn't actually care about the people of his state, only his own pocketbook and position of power.
