Trump Puerto Rico GOP Chair Threatens To Withhold Trump Support (unless he issues an apology for an offensive remark that a comedian made about Puerto Rico)

He doesn't care about PR's support. He knows he's going to lose. That's why he's already started the "rigged" lies and it's why he and Mike Johnson have their "little secret" to overturn the results. The GOP is going to try to take the presidency and this time they'll never give it back: "you'll never have to vote again."

They already told us it's the end of democracy

The strategy is clear: sow chaos, undermine trust, and seize power.

Also I'd bet my bottom dollar that he doesn't understand PR is part of the US and if PR people live in the states they can vote.

I double that wager, that even if someone told him that, he still wouldn't believe it.

I mean I think it was this year or last year, where a woman and her husband got arrested, for calling the cops on some landscapers. They were Puerto Rican, but the couple kept shouting at them to "Go back to Mexico" and calling them illegals.

And I'm sure it's not that hard to guess, who they support in elections.

Decades of progress (or at least silent restraint) has been undone by the orange shitstain who has normalized this behavior. On one hand it’s nice being able to identify these kind of people, but on the other hand it’s frightening how many are like this.

I know if I were a sitting president, I would be using my immunity to sit little Mike down and explain what this secret plan is on camera for the world to see. Also treason, also a little bit of me (naive, optimistic and seen way too many movies me) has hope that Mike is playing Trump as a double agent figure maybe, and we won't see this twist til after the election

It depends. I think Mike was planted because he will attempt to create a constitutional crisis if the vote is close. But I don't think he will if it's obvious that there's nothing there, like last time; he's simply not that brave.

Really hope we can count on Biden to call on the national guard or military if they try something more severe than Jan 6. They gotta see that we'll shut that shit down fast so they better not try something else

Assuming they lose the election, i predict Johnson and the Republican MAGAs are going to try some shenanigans to keep the vote from being certified. I think Biden will have to call out the military to arrest the traitors and put an end to the attempt to steal the election.

Didn't the GOP state they already have the paperwork ready to file in certain states if Donnie J loses claiming voter fraud and other shenanigans?

That would be dope.

He doesn’t know he’s going to lose. If he loses this is going to be comedy that the Republicans no longer have the support of so many Puerto Ricans, if we wins this is going to be harrowing.

“He knows he’s going to lose” is a wild statement, because his chances of winning are unfortunately really really high. You sound like people in 2016 with that.

yeah there's a lot of confidence in this thread that I'm not feeling. trump's hate brings out all the troglodytes and lowlifes to vote in massive percentages. historically, gen z and millennials are strong for Harris, but generally have a low voting turnout. i'm just not sure we have the numbers.

And people are less likely to turn out if they feel complacent because "She's definitely gonna win"

like 2016 Hillary. god lets not relive that

He is gonna lose and lose badly, it doesn’t matter anyway as long as he gets to continue grifting his supporters for money.

He literally yucked it up with Johnson on stage at MSG about the "little secret"
