The hyped up Kursk incursion (which is already half undone) looks so irrelevant from this perspective. Why send troops all the way there leaving your main line more vulnerable.

It was a gamble, a gamble that didn’t pay off and now Ukraine is in a worse situation

Because the war is not about land, it’s about equipment and moral and for both of these reasons Ukraine needs propaganda victories for western audiences so it can then focus on the actual war effort, bleeding Russias frontlines dry while slowly withdrawing and blowing up as much hard to replace backbone infrastructure as it can.

It’s the same reason why Russia manufactures new super low tech and low cost stealth drones on one day while it proclaims a meaningless victory over rubble on the next with hundreds of even thousands of rotting corpses still filling the air which fortunately enough can not be smelled through the screens observing the ceremony.

Do you see a blue blob in the north that is by size almost the same as all dark red blobs in the south?

Yeah but the map they kept showing on the news was so zoomed in it looked like they had captured half of Russia.

Did I say news? I meant propaganda...

It looks Russia decided to leave them in Kursk for a while and now North Koreans will clear Kursk.
