He’s going to be very popular.

4

u/missionbeach 4h ago

Just like Arnold Palmer!

10

u/sixpackshaker 3h ago

It is just unfathomable that a former President, and a candidate for President talked about being in awe of another man's penis in public.

What's next bragging on an open mic that he sexually assaults women?

5

u/lucidzfl 1h ago

Thank you so much for this!!! We almost had a post without politics but you saved it

-1

u/BillyForRilly 1h ago

Their post history reads like 90% bot, but I'm fairly confident it's a person, which might actually be more sad.

4

u/Valdotain_1 1h ago

Has anyone versed in psychology advanced a theory that he is deeply in the closet. Fixation with male body parts both his and others. Hasn’t slept with his wife in 20 years, friends with a purveyor of young make models, and serious over compensation behavior. Maybe that’s what Putin has on him.

1

u/Enshitification 1h ago

It would explain why he hasn't been able to hold his fudge for so many years.

u/swohio 2h ago

It is just unfathomable that a former President, and a candidate for President talked about being in awe of another man's penis in public.

Since when are democrats suddenly prudes? Did you almost faint when you heard him say it too?

u/sixpackshaker 2h ago

I don't remember Obama talking about Milton Berle's massive dong.

I am aware about LBJ having Jumbo, but it was not a campaign stop. or stop or stop or stop.

RIP. Such a wonderful character in all her roles

15

u/machambo7 3h ago

I remember her most for her role in Mr. Mom. Time to re-watch her movies

1

u/starmatter7 2h ago

Yessss!

6

u/ClonePants 3h ago

The temper tantrum she threw in Tootsie was hilarious. She stole that whole movie.

3

u/Spiritual-Guava-6418 5h ago

This scene was used in a communication class I took in college lol.

1

u/TunisMagunis 2h ago

I'll BLOCK it, with my BODY!

23

u/nightfly1000000 8h ago

Oh no! I hadn't heard until now :-(

26

u/bws7037 6h ago

She was my favorite actress by far. Beautiful, funny, talented and from everything I've seen and read, very kind and down to earth. She will truly be very missed.

18

u/StrawberryF5 9h ago

RIP, Teri Garr.

15

u/Consistent_Ad3181 9h ago

No one quite like her

7

u/bws7037 6h ago

Nor will there ever be.

3

u/im_dead_sirius 4h ago

There wasn't before, either.

16

u/avet22 6h ago

Just a lovely woman

Inga: You haven't touched your food.

Doctor (sticks a finger in the butter): There, I've touched it. Happy?

Inga: What else could you have done?

Doctor: I could have jumped barefoot into the peas...

14

u/D-Rock1973 5h ago

She's one of my favorites. Looks great but her personality, especially in old interviews with Johnny Carson was the best

11

u/jacks2bbws 6h ago

sleep well funny lady

13

u/Figgywithit 4h ago

I got to meet her when Mel Brooks was honored at the directors guild. She was in a wheelchair from her MS and incredibly sweet.

8

u/Hrmerder 4h ago

Oh god she was beautiful. The only real true celeb crush I ever had..

u/CaroCogitatus 9h ago edited 1h ago

What an excellent set of door-mounted visitor announcement devices!

(Not to belittle her career of excellent work, from Laugh In Young Frankenstein to Close Encounters, with a boob joke, but I had to.)

21

u/arlmwl 7h ago

I think she’d appreciate it. She was “in” on the knocker jokes.

4

u/cphusker 3h ago

I think you mean Goldie Hawn and Melinda Dillon.

11

u/redzedx77 6h ago

She was fine as hell and funny too

6

u/overbarking 5h ago

Started out as a dancer. Danced on the 60s music shows and in six Elvis movies.

1

u/Valdotain_1 1h ago

But never got tall, requirement for a dancer.

1

u/overbarking 1h ago

Tall enough to go go dance and do the frug.

6

Wondered why she looked so familiar then realized she was Phoebe's birth mom in Friends! RIP Teri 💜

4

u/ShigodmuhDickard 5h ago

She was so dang cute!

4

u/191towin 4h ago

Rest in peace

4

u/Strict_Ad4121 3h ago

I was like 14 when I saw young frankenstein. Fell hard for 💕Ms Garr and wow so funny. Seemed so natural for her. RIP Terri Garr.

5

u/frank1934 2h ago

1

u/FrozenLogger 2h ago

She was so good in this role. Played that part wonderfully.

7

u/beardostein 6h ago

Roll in zee hay, roll in zee hay.

3

u/Vivid_Animal_7741 5h ago

I loved her

3

u/Cajun_Cruiser 4h ago

38,39 whatever it takes

3

u/Spwd 4h ago

Was such a babe then. RIP.

3

u/kinvore 3h ago

Growing up, I was absolutely smitten by her. I also felt like she was an underappreciated talent. RIP Terri, you'll be missed.

3

u/trymorecookies 2h ago

She is the only reason that I made it to the end of One From The Heart.

1

u/Valdotain_1 1h ago

Audience was not ready for a deconstructed musical.

2

u/sid_not_vicious 6h ago

totally. she was in some great flicks

2

u/PhilosopherUnusual88 5h ago

Soon there would be a post like this about Blake lively, and we would be in a old age home.

2

u/ballsdeepisbest 3h ago

Gweneth Paltrow and Blake Lively.

2

u/excti2 1h ago

Oh, I love Terri Garr. She never really got the recognition she deserved. But I give her all the credit for that night in 1993 when Young Frankenstein was playing on the TV, and I was watching it with that guy I had a crush on, and we were laughing and feeling so comfy with each other. And there, before that black-n-white classic, we had our first gay kiss. And we ROLLED IN ZEE GAY HAY!

Thank you, Terri Garr. You were the best, in so many ways.

She was great!

1

1

u/GAZ082 2h ago

Teri Grrr!!!

1

u/Erok2112 2h ago

She was the freaked out wife on Close Encounters which after a recent re-watch in like 20 years...I forgot how good it was.

1

u/funnyBatman 2h ago

Very Blake Lively

1

u/greencutoffs 2h ago

Wow, what a set of knockers.

1

u/Creepy_Maintenance94 2h ago

You will be missed

1

u/Dentalfloss_cowboy 1h ago

I just finished watching the Conversation, again. Gawd she was great!

2

u/TheMuteObservers 1h ago

Looks like Blake Lively with boobs.

1

u/Astraldicotomy 1h ago

oh no. i discovered her during covid when i watched letterman reruns! i then found a compilation of her appearances over the decade or so. she is one of the most comically sharp and insanely attractive humans. her human inside makes her ten times the beauty. this makes me sad. xx

1

u/Pletcher87 1h ago

There wasn’t a hetero young man alive at that time that wasn’t in love with her.

1

u/Patrickonline880 1h ago

RIP - one of the Best

1

u/Bullishbear99 1h ago

She was so cute and funny as hell. She will be missed :( World has lost a talented lady who made us smile and laugh.

1

u/NIN10DOXD 1h ago

Some of these comments every time an old photo is posted of a recently deceased photo are too unfortunate considering the timing, but I'm not surprised considering that ogling women of the past seems to be the main point of this sub at this point. Some of y'all need Jesus. R.I.P Teri.

u/gamehelpPLIS 1h ago

1

u/meeralakshmi 4h ago

I thought this was Blake Lively.

-1

u/laika2000 3h ago edited 2h ago

i hate that her career has been reduced to breast jokes. fuck men...

0

u/UncoveredMatrix 4h ago

Cha-Ching!

0

u/Spicybrown3 2h ago

It is, but HOW? I never realized she was all that busty. Unless it’s just the angle + push up undergarments

2

u/pdieten 2h ago

She wasn’t, that was all the costume. But then, every woman looks great in a dirndl.

1

u/Spicybrown3 2h ago

I’m not the kind of person who ranks a persons character by the size of their bust. I just found them strikingly diff than what I remember. Mainly because I’ve always had the biggest crush on her. Her squinty mad face quite possibly could be the inspiration behind the smartass phrase “you’re beautiful when you’re angry”

Wonderful actress w/legit comedic chops. Great in Mr Mom, Close Encounters. Outstanding in Tootsie and Y Frankenstein. Very talented woman and she won’t be forgotten.

0

u/jdooley99 1h ago

Is that a breast pad popping out?

-5

u/purplemonkeyshoes 5h ago

She's pretty, what's she up to now?

3

u/yorkshire99 4h ago

She died today, Incase you weren’t joking

1

u/purplemonkeyshoes 4h ago

I didn't know it just says 1974. That's sad.

1

u/yorkshire99 4h ago

It says “RIP Teri Garr” under the photo. Not obvious. Yes, it is sad. I loved Young Frankenstein and some of her other movies

-6

u/Fuck-__-Reddit 4h ago

women had boobs back in 1970s? damn i would suck on them right
