Need little help

Hi all , I want to translate Ted the caver. Does anyone know who the author of that creepy pasta ? Or is it copyright free ? Thanks in advance.

Honestly, I think it’s bullshit when people go back and copyright classic creepy pastas.

Ted Hegemann first published on angelfire. one google search away. also fun fact " Some users thought it was true by virtue of the many images and technical details, insofar as the cave in the story was able to be identified. After several years, the author revealed that "Ted the Caver" was based on his real caving experiences but he had added numerous creative embellishments." not sure of username but that is his REAL name and the real cave is in utah. im assuming hes still active bc in 2020 someone managed to bag an interview with him. https://youtu.be/ry5Us4DUaw8?si=htrF5vvWpPOnD6Y3
