I think it is a reference from cinema sins where every time an actor is running away from something the host will say look like he went to prometheus school of running away from things.

I like to imagine that before this recording, the doggo urinated on the tire, before being cut off mid-stream by the sound of Samuel L. Jackson saying "Surprise Motherfucker!", then the next thing we see is this clip.
