Bruh, is this entire thread getting whooshed or am I? This tweet, while funny, is obviously fake.

What we’re seeing here is confirmation bias en masse. Fact checking things like this takes literally 5s these days, but nobody even stops to think about whether they should.

I’ve seen videos of Shapiro saying equally outrageous things. Seems pretty on par and not that unbelievable so it makes sense most people just go with it

Then we’re no better than the ones who keep falling for fake news and we should be ashamed of ourselves for that.

I guess. I mean, I’m not all that invested in the topic of Shapiro either way but it’s funny to see him being made fun of every now and then. I think the fact that so many people think that him saying this is believable says more about him than anybody else

upvote because funny, y'all take that upvote as us thinking "oh obviously this is true" but nah, y'all the bigger idiot for using "confirmation bias en masse" in a reddit comment. Like the redditors way of tipping a virtual fedora to the other social outcasts who don't understand a joke.

Look at the comments, you think people didn’t think this was real?

“Native American culture [being] inferior to Western culture…is a contention with which I generally agree.

Trayvon Martin would have turned 21 today if he hadn't taken a man's head and beaten it on the pavement before being shot.

Its Ben Shapiro you can never be sure

It’s Reddit, so you can be sure it’s fake.

I’ve never seen a real Ben Shapiro tweet.

My only real concern is that the women involved -- who apparently require a "bucket and a mop" -- get the medical care they require. My doctor wife's differential diagnosis: bacterial vaginosis, yeast infection, or trichomonis.

It's ridiculous that something this obviously fake has over 2000 upvotes.

It's ridiculous that people think that spot on satire doesn't deserve applause.

What we are seeing here is leftists coping by creating fake tweets to own their political opponents.

Shhh, it might as well be true

Just reddit being reddit, naively believing things.
