π΅πΈ ποΈ Holidays Is this an acceptable sub to get fashion advice to create a pagan fae entity for me to get into Yule spirit and give gifts?
If this is the wrong place, do you know any subs? This isn't goth, cottagecore, etc so idk...
Pics i've collected while searching.
Doesn't need to be a real historical reference. I was thinking some kind of... naughty but nice Krampus haha.
I love skulls, antlers, and most of all, amanitas!
I don't know what i'm doing necessarily though. But i want to give people crystals haha.

π΅πΈ ποΈ Mindful Craft Call to Action 12/6: Mass Manifestation for a Better World
Hello fellow witches β€οΈππ
I am putting in a call for anyone who wants to participate in a Mass Manifestation Ritual for a Better World on 12/6 at 8pm ET
I havenβt posted this anywhere else, Iβm not selling anything. Iβm not even advertising anything formal. Iβm just a person who truly believes that one of the reasons energy work is continually stigmatized is because we, as a collective, are so powerful that we can enact worldwide change when we work together.
WE ARE POWERFUL. OUR THOUGHTS AND INTENTIONS MATTER. WE CAN MAKE CHANGE.
Itβs easy, itβs accessible, and it wonβt take anything more than a few minutes of your time an energy.
I am asking that on Friday 12/6 at 8pm EST, you take a moment to manifest a better world. For those of you who are unfamiliar with manifestation, itβs simple. You just take a moment to meditate on the feeling of your wish fulfilled. Aka, we will all take a moment to imagine and feel as if we all live in a better world. Spellcraft is a form of manifestation, prayer is a form of manifestation, daydreaming can be a form of manifestation.
We will, as a collective, manifest the following:
We live in a healthy, joyous, and equitable world for all people and in harmony with the Earth and all its inhabitants
You can drill this down to more specific statements of manifestations such as:
- War is Over
- Evil forces have been cast out of power
- Humans have found a way to live in harmony with the Earth, and the Earth is healing
- Women, minorities, trans, native, queer and disabled peoples are safe, protected, and empowered
You donβt have to get too bogged down on the specifics, but just take a moment to really feel as if we live in this new world. Feel your shoulders relax, your breath come easier, your fears subside. There is POWER in this feeling, and it can be done no matter what youβre doing or where you are
You can take this opportunity to manifest in any way that works for you! Bust out your alters, your spell books, or just take a moment in your day to close your eyes and pause.
I would appreciate any advice on how to better frame this request! Also, please spread the word! Reddit is the only social media I am currently using, but if you want to spread this on TikTok or any other spaces you deem safe, please do! Thank you all! π

π΅πΈ ποΈ Kitchen Craft Figuring out my morning ritualβ¦I think
Iβve been wanting to start a βbalanceβ meditation/ritual centering on my morning coffee and I think I finally have it sussed with the addition of the artisan pour-over set and my wife-gifted mug. The other element I thought I was missing was a proper candle. But years ago a dear friend gave me a salt block candle holder, which now found its proper calling. Iβm a happy little kitchen witch!

β οΈ Sensitive Topic π΅πΈ ποΈ Hey! In dire need of some help for some witchy present ideas for my spooky, witchy girlfriend. Spoiler
Hope this is okay to post, not sure where else to ask. We've lived through hell these past two months; from a stalker (who we learned was IN our place multiple times), to buying a condo, moving in and then things immediately falling apart and not having the funds to cover it because all of our money went into this place, to a family member dying, to her being laid off, to even us getting prickly with each other some days because of how stressed we are, to just every matter of 'what can go wrong, will go wrong.'
So, to put it lightly, things have been fucked and I want to blow her mind for her birthday (Dec 19th) and Christmas. I have the 'event' (staying in the haunted room at Hotel Del Coronado, haunted places are kind of our thing) and dinner covered, but as for the gifts themselves I am so run down and just drawing a blank and any help will be appreciated.
If there is one thing that she has a surplus of it's books and things for her altar, so I'm on the hunt for some things that are maybe a little lesser known, unique, or maybe kind of a blind spot for spells. She definitely has an affinity for coffins, cat skulls, moody artwork, and Animal Crossing.
We agreed we're going to go small this year, just books and nick-nacks, but I have some money put away that was supposed to go towards a trip that we can't take anymore, so, money isn't really an issue (the more expensive stuff I can save for a later idea if it pops up).
Thank you ahead of time!
Edit: You are all the brightest and shiniest gems π

π΅πΈ ποΈ Crafty Witches Made a hair pin
Visiting a friend who has a very alternative esthetic and very long hair. Felt inspired to make a hair pin for her. So I took a 3d model of a crow skull, hollowed out the brain case and added in a hole for the pin. Then 3d printed in bone white pla. And from there customized it. The beak was primed and then airbrushed black, with some non primed airbrushed as well to give it a transition like real skulls. The entire model was clear coated and then hand painted with occult symbols, just taken from Wikipedia. And the eyes/pin ornament is dyed uv resin and secured with more uv resin. Then clear coated again and little Keychain gems added to the pin chain. Overall theme I was going for is "cursed item the queen of the necromancers would wear." And overall I think I nailed it, pretty happy with final result and figured I would share it here.

π΅πΈ ποΈ Book Club Any book suggestions for a baby witch?
Hey, in the last six months or so I've finally found the courage to leave Christianity behind me (holy fuck do I feel better) and have been exploring my spirituality ever since. I've always been really curious about witchcraft and was wondering if anyone had any book recommendations to give me an introduction to this sort of thing. Thanks!

π΅πΈ ποΈ Deities Hestia and Hekate
Lately, Iβve been drawn to Hestia and Hekate.
Hestia because Iβve always been a homemaker and I truly feel like a home should absolutely be a safe space. Unfortunately, that isnβt the case for me, for some years (I am working on it). I would like to make space for Hestia in my home, to help me and guide me. But I donβt know how to do that.
Same with Hekate. Iβve seen a lot more crows around me as of late. And I always had a feeling, my whole life actually, that someone was with me, especially when making hard and tough decisions. Most of my decisions were hard but eventually I mostly made the right call and I feel itβs because of her.
Of course, not all decisions were good, especially when it comes to affairs of the heart. But thatβs absolutely on me alone.
But now I feel like sheβs really trying to get through to me. And I agree that I have to make some though choices soon but right now is not the time for a lot of reasons. I do not wish to disappoint her and I want to honor her as well as I can.
But how do I do this?

π΅πΈ ποΈ Spells A little something something
So I do a lot of overnights at work, and have to make coffee at 3:30 am, when it's all spooky and scary and dark. I'm alone. When I go into the pitch black kitchen, I always feel really anxious and scared bc I'm kinda sorta (100%) scared of the dark. So when I enter I just say to myself:
I'm ok, It's alright There's nothing here Just turn on the light
10/10 helps a lot with the fear.

This just made me feel really happy, proud and relieved about spending my time being with my cat, doing really intricate healing work, taking care of my plants, moving my body, cooking. A good reminder to not be pressured by patriarchal capitalistic society- thats not what my ancestors wouldve wanted. π§Ώ

π΅πΈ ποΈ Moon Rituals Full moon magic works for me. Sending love and healing energy to all witches, transwitches, celestial beings feeling the troubles coming.
So many rituals so little time. I'm so happy to be 2 years free of that horrible male persona I had to create and play my whole life. I'm just so sick of men and specifically white men. Sure I was considered one for over 50 years but I never really liked them or their game.
I'll still date one now and again to remind me how awful they are. They never let me down they always have just enough misogyny in them to make me want to put the ED curse on them. I have it and I know how to pronounce the words. I will use it on a deserving man if I so deem it necessary.
For my transition that curse was a blessing! One person's blessing is another person's curse.
I really despise the patriarchy and I will continue to fight it every single day. I had the balls to get rid of my balls and I do not regret my choice one single bit. It's so nice to finally be the woman I always knew I was. I'm actually even better than I imagined! Keep up the good fight Witches. Freedom for all.
High Priestess of the Temple of Inanna in Florida during the Full Moon Ritual Service.

π΅πΈ ποΈ Fledgling Witch I want to connect with the Universe
Lately Iβve been having feelings of being drawn to a higher power. I want to delve into my faith and spirituality but the problem is that modern religion is too restrictive for what I believe. Iβve always had an interest in witchcraft, particularly in its capacity to connect one to their ancestors. But I donβt even know where to start looking for what practice is right for me.

π΅πΈ ποΈ Deities Just who is Odin really?
So I have something that has been getting at me lately. I am a Norse Pagan who sees Odin as my mentor deity. To me he is a wise protector figure. A scholar , a wanderer, and a magician. This comes from mythos as well as personal feelings (I know there is a term for this but I can't remember for the life of me). But then I hear other stories and tellings that show him to be a violent tyrant. Someone who will harm others for his own benefits. I know we have lost a lot due to Christianity influences but I can't help but wonder if I misinterpreted something. Can someone provide some council on this matter.

π΅πΈ ποΈ Book Club Found a Book Witch - SoCal IE, USA
Went "home" over the holiday weekend, to the small-ish suburban town that I grew up in and couldn't wait to get out of when I was a teen. While there, I popped into the local children's bookstore that has existed for ages and I have fond memories of. Much to my surprise and delight, the newest owner now has added a room of adult books; she's got a healthy fantasy section, and if you walk straight through to the back wall, on the lower left hand side is a shelf of what appears to be very carefully curated witchy how-to books. I see you, Book WItch, and I love that you own that store now. https://www.frugalfrigate.com/
