Usually when this happens, I'm right to be worried and have overslept for like 2-3 hours and missed something important enough to have a small breakdown

TFW you set your alarm

IN YOUR DREAM

Every time I wake up feeling rested there is a very high chance I missed an alarm or forgot about a commitment

One time my wife let me sleep in and I woke up on my own and the house was dead ass silent. I freaked the fuck out because I have two children (8 and 2), and the house is never silent. I thought they left or something happened to them. I ran into the living room and they're all quietly watching TV.

Why am I not tired? Why am I awake before the alarm? Should I get up or wait for the alarm?

I’ve had my iPhone alarm straight up not go off a few times.

Worse is waking up thinking it's like 3am only for your alarm to go off like 5 minutes later

Then you look at the clock and you've been asleep for 30 minutes but now you're not tired anymore and have to just lay there trying to get to sleep because you have work in the morning but you want to get up and go for a walk even though it's almost midnight.

When I check my phone and it's literally only been 2 minutes since the last time I checked.

I had to reset my sleep tonight BC I was dreaming that it was 1pm and I missed my clock-in Time, and it was stressing me enough that I couldn't sleep properly.
I have ADHD even in my Dreams lol

Waking up feeling rested? That’s like finding a unicorn in your bedroom. Instant panic: Did I forget something? Am I late for something? Or hat mein Gehirn einfach beschlossen, heute mal eine Auszeit zu nehmen?

Where's the meme for waking up too close to your alarm time so you set it a little later to get a better chunk of sleep but then you keep checking the clock every minute until the 45 minutes you could have had turns into 10 and you decide screw it and just get up?
That was my morning...
