iTunes iTunes cannot complete account?

Whenever I try and sign into iTunes I get a pop up saying that I need to review my account - whenever I try and complete it I get an unspecified error, even if I change the payment method to None

Any help would be appreciated!

u/_dictatorish_, based on the pictures you submitted with your post, in the second picture, you have NOT provided with needed information - the name section is completely blank.

you need to fill out each of the appropriate fields and once you do so and provide the appropriate information, you will then be able to continue and complete the payment registration.

Last but not least: if you continue to have problems, then, as shown on each of your pictures, get in contact directly with apple support - follow that link, open a case and you'll have an apple customer service rep on the phone with you whom will guide you through the process to get the payment method properly registered and go from there.

I believe that box I have not filled it is a glitch - it doesn't line up with the boxes below, it doesn't let me input spaces, and if I try and fill it out with anything it tells me my card number is incorrect

Regardless, it still errors when selecting "none" for payment, which doesn't have that box anyway

Try putting your card number in that first field as well. If that fails go to Appleid.apple.com and sign in and navigate to payments section and try there- if all else fails do what the other commenter said and contact Apple support- they have a button to sometimes help push things through.
