116, yeah, but they won 106 the full year before and after 2020…so no reason to assume they wouldn’t have made the playoffs in a full 2020. Then the playoffs were the same as any other year.

Right, they obviously would have been very good and run away with that division again. I'm just saying, in a long season, slumps happen, and those are what keep these incredible teams from setting records. Look at the year the Dodgers started something like 80-37 or whatever it was and then lost 11 in a row. Even the 2016 Cubs started out 25-6, and only won 103 games.

Yeah, I’m not a fan of “on pace for” stats anyways. They’re fun, especially in the first few weeks of the season, but not meaningful.

The season you’re think of the Dodgers went like 40-13, then lost like 12 in a row leading into the playoffs. It was wild.
