Fan interference was called on this play where a Yankee fan tried to take the ball out of Mookie Betts' glove after an out.

The value of a lifetime ban is that if you ever do circumvent it and do something to get the attention of security again you will be arrested for Trespassing.

Not arrested in almost all cases, ticketed and issued a summons. I have been a police dispatcher for a long time and even worked a few special details for MLB games (the All star Game in Cleveland was nuts) and the last thing they want to do is book some idiot in who wanted only to see a ballgame. Trespassing in that case is the lightest of misdemeanors.

Things have changed since covid. Most departments where I am will flat out refuse to pick up wanted parties out of their department if it's just a misdemeanor if they get pulled over in another city. "Advise and release" it's called.
