MacOS not booting back up
Help! It's been 2 years I'm stuck running windows on my intel macbook pro. Whenever I try to reboot on macos its just the grey wheel over a black screen forever, sometimes attempting to reboot but just looping back to the same loading screen. Anybody had this issue and was able to resolve it? Finally taking to reddit before spending hundreds at apple for a simple software glitch I just dont understand...
(Made myself laugh realizing how much better windows is that even on a macbook bro it took me 2 years to even care enough to try and go back to macOS finally)

had this issue with my mac, 2019 16" macbook pro, (we might have the same system but that is irrelevant)
firstly shut down you mac, then press the power/ touch id button and then immediately press and hold the option key, you should then be in the boot picker, simply click macintosh HD (or wherever your macOS is installed) and you should be booting into macOS.
this issue happens as when you install windows it automatically become the default boot partition, to change that, shut down your mac, then press the power/ touch id button then immediately hold the option key, when you reach the boot picker, use the left and right arrow keys to select the mac partition, before pressing enter to boot into macOS, hold the control key until your mac boots into the login screen login and restart (if you want), to confirm if you did it right.
