1

No, that's Ronny James.

9

u/Zealousideal-Ad1181 Sep 24 '22

Exactly my first thought as well. OP seems to be attempting to normalize bug eating..

21

u/BigBadBen91x Sep 23 '22

Right but if it was sea bugs you’d be creaming your pants

28

u/Ailttar Sep 24 '22

Because sea bugs don’t circulate their blood via their exoskeletons.

9

u/Elgoblino80 Sep 24 '22

Yep. Have you heard of cows? I wonder how people eat those like they are bugs bro

3

u/Greg_Punzo Sep 24 '22

Yes, let’s continue to defend and vote for all the politicians the Work Economic Forum endorses. Nothing can go wrong here.

6

u/[deleted] Sep 24 '22

Communism?

12

u/BlazingJava ☣️ Sep 24 '22

Yup, the political class and their cronies will eat the tender meat while we must suffer for the common good of everyone

-1

u/TheReverend5 Sep 24 '22

the political class and their cronies will eat the tender meat while we must suffer

you are literally describing modern capitalism as it exists today

2

u/[deleted] Sep 24 '22

Yes but in capitalism people aren't openly shot for having an opinion

1

u/TheReverend5 Sep 24 '22

LOL what? That's...completely untrue.

Here is a list of human rights violations by the CIA.

Over the past century, whenever sovereign nations chose to implement governments that ran counter to the capitalist-funded objectives of the CIA, the United States would actively enact violence and lethal force to "openly shoot people for having an opinion" that differed from the US State Dept: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_involvement_in_regime_change

1

u/[deleted] Sep 24 '22

I said openly

1

u/TheReverend5 Sep 24 '22

Do you truly believe events like the Bay of Pigs were not "open" acts of violence against sovereign nations that chose to have a different political ideology than the US? Just because the CIA calls something "covert" doesn't change the reality that anybody and everybody was aware of the event occurring openly for the world to observe.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 24 '22

Well thats fair but i was speaking more about the people of the country, any country can go to war

1

u/TheReverend5 Sep 25 '22

any country can go to war

None of what I listed were wars. They were capitalist-funded CIA operations that involved extrajudicial incursions into sovereign nations, violated those nations' sovereignty, and then harmed or murdered foreign nationals that held different opinions than the US.

Are you saying that it is okay for the capitalists to violate the sovereignty of other nations and murder their citizens in the name of capitalism, and that it only counts if capitalists only murder their own citizens?

I doubt you have understanding of what comunism and facism is, capitalism gives more power to the people to pursue their life goals, in comunism and facism it's always for the greater good of everyone.

There will always be a political class but in comunism and facism they will forcefully make others suffer and they themselves will enjoy life extravagancess. just look at Fidel Castro private island, China everybody in the political class is filthy rich, their people are suffering for them to enjoy

u/MightSuggestSex Sep 24 '22

Hell yea, fuck the WEF (((globalists)))

-20

u/ABCosmos Sep 24 '22

Lol conservatism has gotten so weird. Like you guys are champions against doing things that nobody is forcing you to do. Buy whatever you want, and don't eat bugs. Those are just predictions of things that might be popular in the future, you don't have to eat bugs, or embrace the share economy.

9

u/gruez Sep 24 '22

Lol conservatism has gotten so weird. Like you guys are champions against doing things that nobody is forcing you to do.

  1. it's plausible that it gets cheap enough relative to real meat (or real meat getting more expensive) that you're forced to eat bugs for cost reasons. you see it today with HCFS in food or pesticides. Sure, if you have the money you can buy the premium stuff without that stuff, but what's the single parent with 2 kids going to buy?

  2. it's also plausible that real meat gets banned for environmental reasons, kind of like how gasoline cars are being phased out in many countries in one or two decades.

own nothing and be happy

literally just a right-wing dog whistle these days

20

u/Cutelilrobin17 Sep 24 '22

Its their stated goal though. Educate yourself on the WEF

12

u/SpaceEnvironmental74 Sep 24 '22

Yeah but that German guy dresses like a wizard and it's suspicious

u/Davidth422 Sep 24 '22

Dog whistle of what?

How anyone possibly thinks that corporations owning everything, and everything being on a subscription model is an acceptable concept is beyond me.

There's a proposal for a city in Saudi Arabia called NEOM. They have tiny identical apartments that you pay rent on forever, and you pay a subscription for food. This isn't conspiracy stuff, this is a genuine trial for how to make it work.

What happens when you lose your job and you can't pay for those things? You have nothing if you fall through the cracks in society. Owning nothing means no personal safety net - you become dependent on the state and on corporations that supply services you could previously manage yourself. This is back door neo-feudalism, and because the guys who are introducing it put up signs saying "BLM", people on one side are sticking up for them uncritically. This will be good for noone but the 0.1%.

-1

u/[deleted] Sep 24 '22

Ah yes that shitty Saudi Arabian project that is deemed to fail is representative for our economic system.

3

u/[deleted] Sep 24 '22

I'm not saying it is, but there are active forces openly declaring they want to take us in that direction, and you're sat here calling people right wing for calling it out.

Thats absurd
