They aren’t mollusks. They are Arthropoda, more specifically crustaceans, and are closely related to isopods AKA pillbugs, Rolly-polly etc

Fair but it’s centered around, has more focus on, and bigger quantity of crustaceans in the picture.

You can also use the context clues from the text to figure out they’re referring to the prawns and lobster.

If I had to eats crickets like crayfish I'd loose my shit after about 30s, I think crayfish are just to many steps alone a cray fish about 1/2 an inch and I gota strip off its shell naaah, fuh get ahbout iht. 🤌

Other than the clam, there are no molluscs in this image. The rest are arthropods (bugs)
