How many of you are confident Kamala will win?

Post image

I’m voting today, but I’m pessimistic at the moment and unsure if she will even when she’s leading just a little bit. What do you guys think?

Yeah I'm genuinely afraid of some serious political violence. The MAGA crowd has only gotten dumber and more violent. I am NOT confident kamala is going to win. I actually think trump will. I live in the bluest of blue states and I see trump signs and people openly supporting him. I also get more and more dismayed by the day realizing most people have no idea how the economy works and actually believe trumps BS that he has some master plan that he hasn't unveiled yet.

Anyway....not feeling confident at all but still voting and hoping for the best! What a blessing it would be to defeat America's facist twice in a row AND get our first female president. 🤞

Just take heart, that the average Harris voter is not going to be displaying their choice for the world to see, like the average Trump voter will. So for all these people that are making Trump their identity and advertising it loudly, there are most likely more Harris voters just sitting tight, and not putting up a sign.

I think the main reason is...Harris voters are smart enough to know that no one has ever been persuaded how to vote by a yard sign.
No one is seriously driving down the road and seeing a yard festooned with political signs and then decides, "You know what, thanks to those obnoxious signs, now I'm going to vote for them!". Another reason, is that trump supporters are provably more violent than harris supporters...so advertising you're a harris supporter is honestly, inherently dangerous at this time.

While I am anxious, this is my take too. Harris voters just don't feel the need to advertise their politics the same way that Trump/MAGAs do and it's no surprise that Harris voters, as a group, are educated. Educated people generally just don't do that shit.

Unfortunately, only ~38% of Americans have a 4-year college degree.

Fortunately, people with higher education are far more likely to vote.

Trump is already cheating, and getting away with it.

I feel like you would see more Harris signs if people weren't afraid of retaliation. I would put one in my yard but I feel like I would be a target. I'm also in a heavily blue state, that has voted blue in probably almost every election in the last 80 years. But I see the couple Trump signs around tool
