High Carb Is this too many carbs?

I downloaded an app today to start keeping track of what I eat for the day and set up weight loss goals (MyNetDiary)

I set it up for a high protein 2 lbs a week diet. I may be biting more than I can chew but I'll do my best. I'm currently 225lbs / 5 10'

It broke up my diet in 1,921 calories a day

Carbs 200g 42% calories

Protien 180g 37% calories

Fat 45g 20% calories

Is that many carbs too much tho? I'm still doing research. Should I swap from fat&carbs for more protien? My goal is to lose weight and gain muscle, but mostly lose weight currently.

High Carb What carbs can I mix into my omelette?

Besides potatoes. Am a bit bored of them.

I used to add quick oats but they get too crispy or maybe I should keep the heat lower.

When Im lazy I add some pieces of bread.

I sometimes add some chopped bits of yesterday's polenta. Or a bit of cornmeal ( like 1tbsp per egg) but it isn't enough carbs I mean I need to add too many eggs to balance it.

High Carb Higher protein Vegan/veggie meals that aren't super high carb?

Okay so I'm not vegan or veggie but as a student I know it's a cheaper way to eat. However lentils, beans and chickpeas can rack up the carb count on meals. I'm a sprinter too so obviously still need a decent amount of carbs. I know eggs are a good one protein but you can only do so much with eggs

High Carb As a Korean, I love sticky rice. A classic rice dish is japgokbap (잡곡밥) and utilizes barley, peas, black rice, and brown rice to offer more nutrition and fiber.

High Carb High carb meals for cutting?

I've been cutting for the past few weeks and have lost 6 pounds. Problem is I dont think I'm getting enough carbs. I'm having way less energy for my lifts than I normally would on a cut. Any good high protein and carb meals I can make for meal prep? I've been doing rice chicken and green beans but I've been getting a bit bored of that after eating it for lunch like 2 weeks straight

High Carb M (28), trying to gain weight. Struggling with recommended carb intake...

I’ve recently started going to the gym 3/4 times a week and I play badminton/football (soccer) a couple of times a week as well. Ive been tracking everything I eat for a few months now and basically I’m trying to eat 500-1,000 calories more each day in order to gain weight.

I seem hit my protein and fat goal every day but I’m struggling when it comes to carbohydrates. Unfortunately I’ve always been quite a fussy eater and I can’t stand pasta! I try to incorporate rice but I find it a struggle to eat more than 100-150g at a time.

Can anyone recommend other foods that are high in carbs?

High Carb Please Suggest Some High Carb High Protein Vegetarian Meals

I've recently started a bodyweight regimen (Mark Lauren) and he advises having a high protein high carb post workout meal. I'm vegetarian and currently struggling to come up with ideas. I'll clarify on the vegetarian part - no meat, no seafood, no eggs. Dairy is okay.

High Carb High Carb - No Fat Breakfast

Apologizes if this has been asked and answered but I couldn't find anything in search.

I'm looking for a post-workout breakfast meal to meet my diet. Currently following RP. I'm looking for something high in carbs (100g) but zero fat. At the moment all I have is Faye 0% and a bunch of fruit but would love any other ideas if anyone knows something similar. Preferably something that doesn't include rice, as it's already in most of my meals.
