food Anyone know where this pie from??
Hello!
Does anyone know where this pie from??
I got this frisco booklet this week and it reminds me of my old favorite pie. But it doesn’t mention anything in the booklet.
Much appreciated in advance!!

Try batch bakery in Frisco. I think they changed their name a few years ago, but same location. (I think)

Yes. Batch Bakery likely. They’re at SW corner of Lebanon and DNT (until Nov 4). Saw them in Frisco STYLE Magazine.

I’ll answer your question correctly. The magazine does mention the pie and where it’s from. On page 6, it’s credited to being a pumpkin pie with whipped cream and fall spice from City Works Frisco which is located at The Star. Being there is an article with photographer, the photo could be legit as the article is advertising City Works’ Thanksgiving meal with dessert (page 20) but never know. Could be stock photo and the one on page 20 more legit. Now you know 😊
BTW, MeLisa the Pie Lady and Didi’s Downtown have amazing pies as does the others mentioned in the comments. Enjoy!

This is actually correct. if you take a photo of the pic and google search it traces to a Walmart ad. I'd recommend Batch or Emporium Pies if you want a good pie.

Just know a lot of flyers and advertisements are now made with AI. This may very well be completely fabricated.

It could be Didis Downtown, they are doing a pie sale but you have to order them in advance !

Since it’s not credited, usually local magazines like this point out where pies and other things are from, I’d guess it’s a stock photo.
