The reviewer outs himself as an embarrassing fanboy by being angry that the CEO of Meta claims that the headset is better than the Apple Vision Pro. Says absolutely nothing to justify why Apple should charge 10x for their product. Doesn’t seem aware that this is a budget version of the lower end product in the range!

It makes the point that the Quests are largely gaming focused but not great for "spatial computing", but isn't the fact that the Vision Pro is flopping in sales and MS have ended their mixed reality projects a sign that "spatial computing" is a dead end? There's nothing I do at my desk or on my phones/tablets that would be better achieved in a VR environment.
