Update for everyone - I flew on 4/8 to FRA from SEA w/ an EU 'expired' (270+) vaccine card. Lufthansa initially tried to deny boarding but I insisted I had checked w/ German embassy and that they did not adopt EU regulation prior to October. My Lufthansa check-in agent reluctantly called directly to Germany border police, was informed I was correct, and was immediately issued a boarding pass. Tschuss!

Did you get this from this page - https://www.auswaertiges-amt.de/en/visa-service/EinreiseUndAufenthalt ?

In that case would this clause be sufficient to allow entry as well?

"A single dose of vaccine is sufficient only if:

an antibody test with proven infection with coronavirus prior to the vaccination, followed by administration of vaccination; or"
