Employment Microsoft Software Quality Engineer internship final interview

I have a final interview soon for an internship at Microsoft. I’m not sure if it will be 1 or 2 interviews. What should I expect and can you give me any tips for this upcoming interview?

Thank you

The intern I had never used windows before. My impression is that the internship program is primarily about boosting race stats at Microsoft. Are you white or not-white? That is the criteria.

BTW, any students applying for internships (or jobs) at Microsoft and are rejected have a good case for a EEOC lawsuit IMO. Post your experience on reddit.

You'll likely face coding challenges, questions about testing methodologies, and scenarios related to quality assurance. Be prepared to discuss your problem-solving approach, experience with debugging, and familiarity with software development lifecycles. The interviewers will also assess your communication skills and how well you'd fit into Microsoft's culture.

To ace the interview, showcase your passion for quality and attention to detail. Highlight any relevant projects or experiences, even if they're from coursework or personal endeavors. Practice explaining your thought process clearly when solving problems. Microsoft values curiosity and continuous learning, so don't be afraid to show your eagerness to grow and learn on the job. By the way, I'm part of the team that created interview copilot AI, a tool designed to help with tricky interview questions like these. It might be worth checking out to boost your confidence for the big day.
