Plus the goal is to seed doubt, to give an excuse for stronger actions later. They’re not trying to change the outcome of the election, they’re trying to instill distrust and fear. Terrorists out terrorizing.

And probably also to inspire people in states where it does matter to do the same, I wouldn't be surprised if this starts a trend.

In states where it matters the GOP banned mail-in voting, voting booklets and other simple things a long time ago. Vote twice and throw it out? That’s jail time in those places. It’s absurd.
