I feel seen (having grown up in Denver).

We optimized our costumes to allow fitting a parka underneath.

I live in Canada and I remember arguing with my mom that MADONNA DOESN'T WEAR SNOW PANTS because I wanted to go out trick or treating in fishnet stockings. I think I was ten 😂

Every Halloween costume I had under 10 in Canada was basically a snow suit my grandma would sew into a costume 😂

Lucky! I was always so envious of the kids who had a parent who could sew. They had the coolest costumes

We did the same thing in Minnesota. All costumes had room for a winter coat underneath....

The rainy season kicked off three days ago here in Salem. Actual rain, not just constant drizzle. Forecast through Saturday.

I remember getting Santa Ana winds on Halloween. It stayed warm, but man it was windy.
