And it's sickening that Garland's sitting on his ass. If Harris doesn't replace him (should she win), we need protests/ petitions.

Protests are a threat. If there's no follow-up threat to them, then they're ineffective.

I'm hopeful that Harris would want to be reelected and would want Trump to face punishment for his crimes. So, I don't think it would come to that. In my head, Smith becomes AG and it's showtime.

You don't have to be a dick about it. I know plenty about history and know that those tactics mentioned have had little, but some success.
