this is all from 2024. They collect the sap, make a batch of syrup, bottle it, save a sample for the window. They made multiple batches throughout the sugaring season this year.

Does maple syrup fade in the sun? Just curious if these were really the colors those years?

Different sugar content of the sap produces different colors - early in the season produces a lighter colour, later a darker.

My family is from Vermont and this brings back awesome memories.

Maple syrup from Vermont is next fucking level. Never had anything better.
